"Pipe burst at 2100, dispatched and initial at 1115 and repaired by 1230. Replaced a busted t under the house, insulated the pipes to prevent recurrence. Replaced a valve and the pipe to the toilet to overcome a non+functional valve (could not close it) that was preventing replacement of the fixture. Quality work, up front pricing estimations every time. My third call to Kimco, my preferred plumber."
